About Us

‘Property Repairs Made Easy’ is our core mantra and Castles Maintenance was established in 2013 to make property repairs a simple, hassle-free process for managing agents, tenants, private owners and landlords.

We started work with just two operatives, but eight years on our team has grown significantly, employing experienced professionals in both the reactive and proactive areas of property maintenance.

Our reactive business is centred on plumbing works, electrical issues and certification, gas works and certification, locksmith services, carpentry, FRA remedial works, glazing issues, plastering, decorating, drainage and roofing problems.

Furthermore, our proactive business includes safety inspections, water heater and boiler servicing as well as drain maintenance. We also carry out larger property refurbishments and can provide a full turn-key service to clients so that their property is ready to be re-let. As current regulations dictate, all our electricians are NICEIC or equivalent certified and our boiler engineers are GAS SAFE.

We take great pride in our work and always keep our clients and their tenants fully informed of how works are progressing. A detailed report of each completed job, including pictures, is also provided to each client. We cover the entire M25 region and can travel further afield if required.
